Yoga has a positive impact for you body and mind. In this yoga class you will learn simple exercices. The exercises are not complicated and anyone can do them - no matter what age, what gender or how your physical condition is. In this yoga class you will not only learn different exercises but you will also learn how to better observe your breath and your body. By doing this you will notice a positive impact on your whole body. Besides, you will also get to know methods how to calm down and relaxe and reduce stress and worries.
