5-part workshop series on the subject of living - with childcare
From July to October, the Diakonie will be offering 5-part workshops on the subject of housing as part of a CORE-funded project. The workshops take place weekly, last 2 hours and are held in the languages Arabic, Somali and Dari / Farsi. Childcare is available for the workshops in Somali and Dari / Farsi!
The workshops are aimed at asylum seekers, subsidized beneficiaries and recognized refugees, regardless of whether they are in primary care or not. In the workshops individual questions about living can be answered!

How can I recognize rental fraud?
Which ads are suspicious?

Which dates do I have to attend?
How can I save heating and electricity costs?
How can I check my rent?
Workshop 4: get an apartment
How can I make sure I keep my apartment?

Workshops 5: Vermin and mold
What do I do if there are bugs or mold in my apartment?

The participants receive a certificate after each workshop, which they can then submit to potential landlords. The entry into the workshops can be done at any time! The workshop series are repeated, so no module is missed!
